It’s lunchtime and my tummy is rumbling already!
So what’s for lunch? A quick, simple and crunchy Beef Fillet salad,
What we need?
– Beef fillet. – baby spinach. – red cabbage – nob of margarine. – grape juice-25ml
What to do?
– Fillet rubbed with cayenne, salt and black pepper. Sear on hot oiled pan until golden brown on each side, then finish in the oven at 230 deg for 3 min(depending on size). Then rest for 5 min- this is a medium rare steak.
– Sauté cabbage in pan with margarine then salt, pepper, juice and lightly cook for 3 min. Remember you still want the cabbage a little crunchy.
Then layer on the plate and Bon Appetit!
